MONTESSORI ASSOCIATIONS
|
- The Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) original organization founded in 1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori to maintain the integrity of her life's work; conducts teacher certification and globally recognized school accreditation standards.
- The Association Montessori Internationale / USA (AMI/USA) supports the work of Montessori parents, teachers, administrators and schools and offers teacher training at several sites. Serves as the AMI branch office in the United States.
- The North American Montessori Teachers Association (NAMTA) is an affiliate of Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Their services include print publications, audio visuals, conferences, and research for both parents and teachers.

The American Montessori Society (AMS) is a non-profit service organization aimed at Montessori educational services and resources. Trains teachers and accredits schools.
- The Montessori Foundation is an international nonprofit organization which works worldwide to help Montessori schools to educate children in a spirit of partnership and peace.
